Responsible for developing the South East Territory, with the target of doubling profitability over the next 3 years, through planning, proactivity, selling and providing first class customer service.
Activities will include:
* Account Management of existing clients, up-selling, processing orders and introducing new products
* Qualifying and following up new leads for territory
* Conducting sales meetings, or arranging for sales managers to attend
* Planning marketing campaigns, with Marketing Manager
* Arranging networking opportunities
* Exploring new fields to sell in new products
* KPI's are not set, the desired result will dictate the activity levels required
Suitable candidates will be:
* This role will require cold calling, so must be resilient and driven
* Determined and competitive
* Proactive and creative, continuously looking at new opportunities to create sales opportunities
* Results orientated
* Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and deal with pressure effectively
