Roles and responsibilities:

• Marketing and brand strategy development to raise brand reputation and recognition for both Beauty and F&B business units
• ⁠Strategy implementation of a high-performing marketing strategy to improve business performance across on and offline channels

Responsibilities:

• Involved in the direct sales process by managing new/existing accounts
• Drive sales revenue growth through new project identification, creation and cross-sell opportunities
• Identify & Work closely with clients to identify their IT Cybersecurity needs
• Maintaining great working relationships with clients
• Work with technical team to present a competitive analysis, proposals and solutions to response to client
• Responsible for preparation and submission of bids documents and proposals
• Liaise with Vendors/partners to establish great partnerships

Job Description:

• Requires executing existing marketing plans according to business requirements
• Oversees all marketing communications efforts for new cars and bikes including ongoing tactical communications (e.g. advertisements, targeting), ongoing operational communications (e.g. localised brochures, flyers, spec cards for all models, promotional flyers, SCs selling kits),
• Launch communications (e.g. launch campaigns and materials, SCs’ sales kits), maintain PML and Motorrad digital presence and CRM-related communications (e.g. EDMs, newsletters
• In line with the communication efforts, evaluate and plan media channels to ensure maximum reach and minimal cost for all campaigns.
• All events conceptualisation, planning, budgeting and execution for new car launches (launch of new models or facelifted models), BMW Motorrad new bike launches and community events, tactical events, where applicable (Singapore Motor show, roadshows & car expo events), partnership events and showroom activities & events.
• Management of the GKL & M showroom spaces and new car deliveries with BMW Retail. Next. This includes ensuring the processes, customers’ experience for the Performance Lounge (L3) as well as the showroom area (L2) and delivery bays (L2) are prepped and adhere to the Retail. Next guidelines at all times.
• Lead for all Motorrad, M and luxury segment engagement events.

Requirements:

• Minimum a degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
• Proven experience in marketing field, preferably in luxury sector
• Willing to commit for 6-months Contract for maternity cover
