Job Description
· Analyzing internal sell in data (Modern Trade, Distributors and General Trade) and
research to understand market and shopper insights, consumer behaviour and trends in
order to customize competitive strategies for different channels and regions.
· Spearhead and champion new product development.
· Responsible to deliver key brands KPI in terms of sales target, market share and product
profitability.
· Working in partnership with sales team to achieve company's sales target as well as
brand business objectives in the short and long term.
· Assist to liaise with external parties such as online and off-line media for product
branding purpose.
· Develop and manage digital marketing campaign.
· Organizes and attends company-wide and marketing events.
· Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products and services.
Job Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry.
• Must be innovative and able to work independently.
• Dynamic, resourceful with good communications.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
• Able to communicate with our Chinese Distributor
