We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team!
As a Relationship Manager you will have full responsibility for the delivery of exceptional customer service for a specified customer segment in the major connections business.
You will work closely with senior managers and your team to deliver the customer services strategy across the networks business. This includes delivering outstanding performance against customer satisfaction targets.
As a Relationship Manager you will have responsibility for the relationship between SSEN and the customer segment assigned which could include ICPs, IDNOs, local councils, industry bodies and connection customers or large-scale projects.
Roles & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of large-scale major connections customers.
- Liaise with stakeholders and customers, managing internal relationships within the organisation acting as the voice of the customer.
- Ensure that all risks/issues/concerns/successes arising with the portfolio are reported back to the business. You will be involved in the preparation of materials for Project Review Boards and Executive Steering Boards
- Actively promote responsibility for maintaining and establishing open, honest, and positive communication
- Managing relationships and communication with key industry bodies
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Experience of influencing and negotiating effectively at all levels.
- Experience in managing stakeholder and customers involved in large financial transactions.
- An understanding of the regulatory environment in which we operate.
- The ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and service improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to turn complex technical language into messaging appropriate for the audience.
