You’re an established and experienced Marketing Manager looking for your next project – and it needs to have real social purpose and heart. Your deep understanding of campaign management means that leading on a high profile, high impact acquisition focused campaign in the education sector excites you.
Utilising your extensive marketing knowledge you’ll guide and manage a team of three, getting the best out of each individual and encouraging their development. Together, you’ll plan, create and deliver the campaign through a wide range of channels; continually measuring and optimising performance and presenting to senior stakeholders on a regular basis.
You won’t be alone in this journey. Working in a matrixed organisation, you’ll be supported by the wider marketing team and subject matter experts.
Collaboration with key stakeholders will be vital to your success, as well as being able to learn and understand product knowledge quickly.

Summary
The Marketing Manager role is critical in the planning and delivery of world class integrated marketing campaigns supporting the activation of the Go To Market (GTM) Strategies for our business objectives, including brand and product campaigns.
Responsible for achieving campaign targets and leading your team to create campaigns that add real value to the business. You will work with other senior leaders in the team to ensure that all resource is coordinated and that capacity is managed.Landscape:
This role reports into the Senior Marketing & Brand Manager within the Marketing & Brand teams. You will work alongside other Marketing Managers who also lead their own teams delivering on other GTM strategies. Your role will heavily interface with the Marketing Operations and Market Strategy teams as well as key stakeholders outside of our team.
The Marketing & Brand teams sit within the Corporate Affairs & Marketing directorate, which also includes Internal Communications, External Communications, and Policy & Public Affairs.
Your role
Activities:
Design and plan marketing campaigns that support delivery of the Go To Market Strategy.
Responsible for ensuring that campaigns within your stream add value to the business through agreed strategic drivers
Work with Market Strategists to ensure campaigns will meet business objectives to be monitored
Provide support, mentoring and coaching to direct reports to encourage and facilitate the sharing of best practice and continuous improvement
Manage and deliver the effective day to day running of high-profile, integrated campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, to brief, on budget and meeting the pre-agreed objectives and KPIs/ leading indicators.
As part of the campaign plan, work with Marketing Analyst to develop KPIs / leading indicators and targets to monitor against.
Monitor and review the campaign activity to ensure we deliver against planned campaign targets.
Work with colleagues responsible for development of content and delivery through the channels
Make interventions to optimise activity and achieve campaign targets.
Responsible for building internal relationships and working collaboratively across the team to successfully deliver the plan.
