Job Description

Position Summary:

The role is responsible for the planning, communication and activation of our On-Premise Wine & Spirits sales objectives with our distributor partners and the trade in an assigned territory. The Manager will ensure we are achieving our fair share of business, growth and awareness in this important channel of business through regular interaction, account calls, training and education. 

Responsibilities:

Sales Planning and Program Development

• In partnership with the Director and/or Senior Director and Regional Manager, develop and conduct assigned distributor team plans, periodic team reviews, market surveys, competitive pricing surveys, and general sales meetings with distributor partners
• Provide Director and/or Senior Director with market intelligence and recommendations for effective planning or programming.
• Execute new product launches & wine dinners
• Manage merchandising pre-plan

Execution and Communication of Sales Objectives

• Communicate all necessary information and brand education on Constellation Brands programs, strategies and standards to distributor sales team in order to achieve depletion and distribution goals
• Establish sales presence in the market and conduct regular distributor market work-withs to ensure CBI brand priority and initiatives are maintained
• Implement sales performance measures and targets using the Constellation Brands CORE brand priorities with distributors while assisting in achieving expected results

In Market Training and Relationship Development

• Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, individual stores, and buyers. Leverage relationships to explore business opportunities
• Work with, coach and educate distributor sales members on CBI brand priorities and standards
• Provide product education sessions to Retailers, and other customers
• Partner with Trade Marketing to understand brand health and needs

Administration and Analysis

• Provide feedback to Director on market issues: opportunities, changes, distributor issues and competitive activity
• Work with Sales Operations Manager (SOM) to develop action plans for business opportunities through the use of strategic insights and as applicable leverage distributor sales data
• Conduct post-promotional analysis in conjunction with SOM (as applicable)
• Conduct and report weekly progress checks of distributor performance for your assigned area
• Basic financial skills to monitor monthly A/R statements and to develop cost/benefit strategies
• Work with Regional Manager to develop pricing structures and pricing strategies
• Insure required reports and T&E are turned in timely and as necessary

• Regularly utilize internal tools such as Compass and Chatter to communicate business updates

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years related sales experience
• Demonstrated ability in customer management within specific territory
• Keen understanding of the three-tier distribution system
• Proven experience and strong abilities in educating and motivating others to manage business effectively
• Excellent communication skills, articulate with strong public speaking ability / experience and excellent writing skills.  Ability to persuade and influence.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to travel a minimum of 25% of working time, including ability to drive up to 5 hrs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Alcohol & Beverage industry highly preferred
• Program and budget development, implementation, management and strategic decision-making experience

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Responsible for marketing, educating, promoting and selling Azura services to dialysis clinics, Medical Directors, nephrologists and other pertinent members of the medical community in an assigned territory. 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides sales and relationship support to an assigned Azura territory identifying and developing new accounts for Fresenius Vascular Care services to generate revenue. Develops and maintains a close relationship with current user accounts/customers, and researches the local physician market to identify potential candidates/customers for Azura services making the necessary sales calls to recruit and educate these potential customers to grow the number of patient procedures performed at the Azura ambulatory centers. 

• Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of the vascular care business and services programs provided by Azura as well as the competitors in the local market and utilizes this to collect and analyze local market data to create and execute an effective strategic sales account plan that includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Knowledge of current procedure referral volumes by clinic / nephrologist / physician (for diversified procedures) and a specific plan to maintain.

• Identification of new potential customers/accounts in the territory, and a specific plan to gain referrals.

• Qualification of these potential customers/accounts by utilizing available reporting tools and analyzing the data and the appropriate territory information.

• Identification of customers' (both new and current) needs to present the competitive advantages of working with Azura to meet those needs.

• Contacts the prospective clients/accounts via onsite visits utilizing sales techniques and presentations to inform them of the range of services provided by Azura.

• Review of the strategic sales account plan on a quarterly basis to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

• Maintains an excellent understanding and knowledge of the local market to monitor and quickly react to changes which may impact the company and the patient services provided.  Provides regular updates and communication regarding program status, customer service issues, and barriers and obstacles related to and affecting referrals for Azura services to the applicable management level as appropriate. 

• Provides presentations to all current and potential customers particularly physicians, and participates in local community programs utilizing the standard marketing materials to ensure a consistent and accurate message

• Acts as the customer relations contact and liaison between the dialysis clinics, specialty clinics and physician practices and the Azura Center. 

• Ensures high post-sales satisfaction facilitating long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business through regular visits and frequent communication with physicians, clinics and hospitals referring patients for Azura services.  Addresses any concerns they may have regarding all phases of the process - following up to ensure that any and all issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

• Collaborates and strategizes with the Azura operations, marketing and physicians to identify and develop potential Azura referral sources, meeting on a regular basis to reconcile and discuss strategies to approach identified opportunities.

• Assists and collaborates with marketing department to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns identifying the successful initiatives, constantly updating and improving strategies to ensure achievement of goals.  

• Maintains current approved marketing and promotional materials for use in sales presentations. 

• Collects current market information regarding services pricing, existing services offerings and new services to monitor competition.

• Maintains detailed documentation regarding daily activities and initiatives for weekly review with manager.

• Participates in professional development opportunities to ensure development of skills and industry and field knowledge, utilizing the acquired expertise and knowledge to accomplish goals and objectives for position.

What does the Merchandise Manager do?

Under the leadership of the Store Manager, directly leads the Freight team, and all associates of the store while the Manager on Duty. The Merchandise Manager (MM) is responsible for executing merchandising standards throughout the store. THE JOB

We are currently looking for a Latin Regional Marketing Manager. This person, under guidance of the Regional Marketing Management Team, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation’s marketing efforts including the development and presentation of marketing plans to artist representatives, direction and implementation of local marketing promotions and management, and management of multiple event advertising budgets for club & theatre shows.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Act as the key internal contact with various stakeholders to prepare, present and execute marketing and promotional campaigns for multiple Live Nation events primarily at the club and theatre level
• Serve as the primary local contact for artist marketing representatives regarding venue and show marketing plans
• Partner with the local talent buying team to manage the success of events across multiple venues
• Develop impactful promotions for Live Nation events using multiple regional media partners
•  Compile and share extensive audience and artist demographic information to shape development of marketing plans
• Identify and activate new strategic marketing partners to enhance artist and venue exposure in the community
• Ensure all necessary show marketing information is input into Live Nation proprietary marketing tools
• Coordinate multiple teams of experts to successfully execute marketing campaigns inclusive of, but not limited to, advertising, media events & PR and content creation.
• Compile advertising settlement documents as needed for local events
• Work with internal stakeholders to provide post show marketing analytics recaps to artists
• Partner with the Venue Marketing team to maximize show awareness on socials, in emails, on websites and in venue
•  Coordinate street team and grassroots marketing efforts with local market contacts
• Day of show event coverage as necessary

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•  Minimum of 3+ years prior experience in event marketing within an entertainment, sports or public assembly facility setting
• Minimum of 3+ years prior experience working with artist marketing representatives
• Minimum of 3+ years prior experience managing local media relationships
• Deep interest in Latin music and marketing a wide variety of genres and emerging artists
•  Ability to work day, evening and weekend hours, based on the needs of daily business operations
• Ability to work in a very busy, high-pressure, team setting
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
