The Role:
As the Full-time Marketing Executive reporting to the Head of Sales, Marketing & Customer Service you will support Voyager by executing marketing strategies that generate a high volume of client leads for Voyagers rackets and sports programs, while also assisting with interesting community engagement initiatives and other marketing activities.
The role is primarily focused on providing support for Voyagers products and programs through direct marketing campaigns, extending to other marketing activities as required. Areas this role will cover:
1. Email Marketing - Managing and executing email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Creating eye-catching and engaging email content. Tracking campaign performance, analysing key metrics, and generating reports. Collaborating with other teams to develop email marketing strategies aligned with company goals as required.
2. Website - Updating and maintaining the Voyager website to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. Regularly reviewing and optimizing site content for SEO and user experience. Creating new pages, posts, and landing pages as required.
3. Social Media Management & Advertising - Creating engaging content for Voyager's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Scheduling and publishing posts to maintain a consistent online presence. Interacting with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and feedback. Designing and launching social media advertising campaigns, targeting specific audiences. Analysing social media insights and providing recommendations for improvement.
4. Content Marketing - Coordinating, creating, and editing blog posts that align with Voyager's brand and values. Co-ordinating the production of high-quality video content for promotional and informational purposes. Managing the content calendar to ensure a steady flow of valuable material. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners when required.
5. Community Engagement - Assisting with the coordination of related promotional campaigns, ensuring timely execution. Monitoring campaign performance and collecting feedback for improvement. Supporting initiatives that enhance Voyager's presence in local communities.
Other marketing activities - Creating posters, basic signs and other marketing assets using Canva or other graphic design tools. Setting up and promoting webinars and online surveys.
About You:
You have proven Marketing experience in a hands-on role and have completed a marketing degree or equivalent. You are skilled in delivering marketing campaigns and social media management. You possess strong content creation skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive marketing content and your communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams is outstanding.
Your further experience also includes:
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for creating exceptional experiences for our community.
- A flexible approach to work and tasks with a proven ability to deliver multiple projects to deadlines.
- Extensive experience using email marketing tools.
- Competence using Canva templates and tools.
- Experience managing WordPress CMS.
- Experience using social media management tools.
- In addition, the following are desirable skills:
- SEO and Keyword Research Tools.
- Website & Search Analytics Tools: Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
- Social Media Advertising Platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Advertising.
- Graphic Design Tools: Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Survey and Feedback Tools: SurveyMonkey and Google Forms.
- Content Marketing and Editorial Calendar Tools: Tools like CoSchedule or Trello.
- Videography Skills: Filming & Video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and hosting platforms (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo).
- Event Management and Webinar Platforms.
Remuneration
Salary Range for this role will be in a range of $74,000 - $84,000 + superannuation.
