Working from the companies' HQ in Epsom, this role is mainly telephone based but is far more than a simple order taking job. The successful candidate must be able to give detailed advice from their product knowledge (ongoing training provided) manage their accounts and develop business in a structured manner.
With a mixture of top audio-visual brands sitting alongside more specialist installation oriented brands, the ideal candidate will need to develop and maintain a good knowledge of product features.
Ongoing product training will be provided, but a natural aptitude for consumer electronics and customer service is essential. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with a passion for technology and will thrive in a team environment.
