About the job

The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Manager in delivering the Groups marketing strategy and annual marketing calendar. You will work within a fun, creative and passionate marketing team to improve the brand presence, particularly through our offline channels, in such a way as to maximise sales and ensure ongoing competitive advantage in the marketplace.

This role is office based, predominately working 5 days per week Monday- Friday; with flexible hours in place. The salary for this role will be based on skills and experience; with a salary range of £28,000-£30,000 per annum dependent on the candidate.

The main responsibilities are:


Working with Suppliers to produce marketing elements in accordance with the marketing calendar
Assisting with the designing of marketing elements including postcards, posters, emails
Assisting with the delivery of customer acquisition and retention via direct marketing
Drafting PR statements for review
Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure the offline Strategy is being followed and all tasks are complete
Deliver marketing and promotional plans on time and on budget
Providing cover for the Travel Trade Executive as required

The role

Our Sales Office Executive are the first person customers talk to. Your main role is to make sure they have everything they need from the start. You'll be busy taking lots of calls and responding to emails, but your goal will be to make each customer feel special and book as many group events and meetings as possible.

The role reports directly to the Director of Sales and is part of a team based from our Park Hall Hotel in Chorley (PR7 5LP).

Salary: An industry leading base Salary Plus Commission - OTE 50K plus!

Experience and Qualifications 
You may already be in Holiday Home Sales or maybe you have experience as an Estate Agent or as a Car Sales Executive which is great! All we are looking for is…

- An outstanding communicator, self-motivated, confident, and genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
- A seasoned Salesperson with previous experience thriving in a target-driven environment. Are you a seasoned salesperson, especially in big-ticket items? Your knack for closing deals and creating customer satisfaction will set you up for success in this role.
- Financial Governance Know-How: Knowledge of financial governance on credit is a plus. Understanding the intricacies of credit and financial processes will make you a valuable asset in providing comprehensive information to our clients.
- Full valid UK Driving License (beneficial but not essential).

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is a creative thinker with a strategic mindset. If you are motivated by achieving results and possess a proactive attitude, this role could be just what you're looking for. This role will involve working collaboratively with our Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of digital marketing activities across Service Care Solutions.

You will become the key driver for our SEO and spearhead our relationship with our website provider and work in synergy with our sales teams, learning customer behaviour and identifying market trends to maximise sales performance and strengthen the Service Care brand.

What you'll be doing:

• Advertising
• Analytics and Reporting
• Event Planning and Management (Industry Events)
• Marketing Automation
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Website Content and Management
• Social Media Management

Skills Required:

• Proficient analytics skills to measure and report on campaign performance.
• Strong organisational, time management, and planning skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

What you need:

• Digital Marketing Experience: 2 years (essential)
• Proven experience in SEO/SEM, Automation, and CMS Marketing (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
• UK Driving License
