Marcom (Marketing Communications)
• Create effective marketing communications strategies for SEC products, services and events.
• Coordinate external & internal communications flow (memos, newsletters, etc.).
• Write statements, speeches, emcee scripts for events and video scripts.
• Write content for the website, social media, brochures & other communication collaterals.
• Plan events, seminar/ webinars & press conferences.
• Communicate with media regularly.
• Manage media inquiries & arrange interviews.
• Build long-term relationships with influencers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other Business units on articles & blogs.
• Develop the Annual Report.
• Prepares & delivers presentations to external & internal stakeholders.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop and Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and timely and relevant updates about general environmental news and unfolding SEC events.
• Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly.
• Attend networking events and product launches.
• Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.
• Promote company’s services in the digital space.
• Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
• Monitor and update the Council’s corporate image and information on the Council’s corporate websites.
• Responsible for management and maintenance of SEC Partners, Advertising Agencies and Customers’ databases.
• Develop and create communication collaterals such as sales kit, brochures or video.
Biodiversity & Outreach
Green Communities
• Assist to arrange and conduct training workshops for all green hope auditors to promote environmentally responsible living.
• Assist to liaise with IT vendor to enhance the green homes website.
• Support the collation of audit bookings from residents.
• Assist to administer and ascertain the distribution of home audits to the volunteers.
• Provide monthly data to the finance department monthly to ensure prompt billing to the green home auditors.
• Assist to facilitate biodiversity learning trails.
• Assist to develop contents for the biodiversity trails.
Earth Helpers’ Program
• Facilitate new recruitments sign-ups, garnering participation from schools, corporate and SEC’s clients.
• Provide support to execute on-going volunteer events.
• Assist to develop new volunteer events and activities.
• Garner participation from schools, corporate and SEC’s clients for SEC’s volunteer events.
• Assist to regularly update volunteer hours.
Others
• Help out at SEC Company events.
• Emcee at small scale Company events, where appropriate.
• Any other adhoc duties as and when assigned by your immediate supervisor or the Management.
