Telesales Manager
Location: Belfast, BT9 7ET.
Salary: £50,000 basic salary - OTE up to £80,000.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

An opportunity to manage a high performing business sales team as Telesales Manager for Yellowcom, one of the UK's leading telecoms providers.

Telesales Manager - Your main responsibilities will include:
* Coach and mentoring sales agents to improve technical product knowledge, sales techniques and ensuring delivery of an excellent customer experience.
* Lead and motivate sales team to achieve targets.
* Meet activity-based KPIs and work with decision-makers to develop strategic relationships
* Build, develop and manage a pipeline of potential customers through a CRM system.
* Gather and record all client details.
* Be confident and clear in dealing with potential customers and be able to give advice on solutions suited to their needs.
* Deliver sales appointments for business development executives.
* Be driven within your role, set high standards and strive to meet team's targets.
* Deliver development plans and guidance for telesales team.
* Work closely with Sales and Account management teams.
* Work closely with Marketing department to integrate sales and marketing campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience of managing business to business telesales teams in a technical/IT/Software sales environment.
* Have strong communications skills, both on the phone and through email.
* Coaching and mentoring skills.
* Be able to identify problems and the ability to solve them.
* Experience in managing teams to achieve targets and KPIs.
* Be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
* Be motivated and have good organisation skills.
* Three years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the telecommunications sector.
* Be comfortable using computer programmes i.e. Microsoft outlook, word, CRM systems.
* Success in high-growth, entrepreneurial team environments.
* Quick grasp of new technologies and their business value.
* Resilience and tenacity in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive, motivational personality with a big-thinking mindset.
Training:
