In our Festive Sales Advisers, we look for a positive mindset, people who can support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved. Your role at Superdrug as one of our Festive Sales Advisers will be all about serving customers where you will deliver excellent service and make sure customers don’t miss out on any of our great Star Buys. You’ll help ensure that the store is well stocked, and a high level of store presentation is maintained and will actively be involved in achieving the store targets. To support your development, you’ll also can be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our fast-growing piercing business in store.

It is a great experience that will prepare you for even bigger challenges. Superdrug Festive Sales Advisers are extremely important to us, we recognise that you are our future Team Leaders. • Customer communication management is utilised to drive Branch sales
• Ensure a working and effective quote bank is maintained
• All sales opportunities and large-scale projects explored to maximise sales and margin

We are currently recruiting a Marketing Assistant to provide general support and administration within the Marketing Department.

You must have Marketing experience.

This is a hybrid role, you will be required to work a minimum 2 days in the office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

To work with the Marketing team to set up and develop relevant content
To ensure online reputation management through the monitoring of all social media channels and relevant review sites
To liaise with the Marketing Manager in the setting up of relevant reports for all enquiries and digital activity and the monitoring and evaluation of these reports
To work with the Marketing team in developing new Marketing initiatives for the brand and the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of these initiatives
To work with the Marketing team and relevant external agencies to direct positive traffic to the website and monitor the conversion of this traffic
To manage any print requirements and to ensure all relevant company literature is kept up to date
To ensure Marketing projects are implemented in a timely fashion as directed by the Marketing Manager
To ensure reporting of customer feedback and ISO monitoring is updated and reported on each month for presentation to the Marketing Manager
To monitor all Marketing telephones and e-mails to ensure any enquiries are channeled to the right department
To ensure customer survey submissions are uploaded to our CRM system
To upload all canvassing from Twenty Ci to both Geminis Printing and the CRM system
To ensure compliance of oneself with the Health & Safety at Work Act etc. 1974
To ensure compliance of oneself with defined quality system policy and procedures in accordance with ISO9002.

I am partnering with our global client for an exciting step-up Junior HRBP Opportunity in an equally exciting organisation where HR is valued and pivotal to the business operation. This role has huge potential for development both UK and internationally. Our client is seeking a candidate that is hungry and ambitious to move from a HR Advisor role into their first Junior HR Business Partner role.


Your new role
You will be responsible for partnering with leaders and managers across the organisation, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of HR, such as organisational design, employee engagement, talent management, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, reward and recognition, and diversity and inclusion.
You will also ensure alignment with the organisational strategy and objectives.
Working closely with the senior management team and line managers to ensure a streamlined approach within the organisation with all employees.
Develop, change and implement the company's policies and procedures.
Delivering presentations/in house training as and when required to employees and managers.


What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, CIPD Level 5
A strong knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices
Previous experience gained in an HR Advisor role, ready to take the next step
Driven and ambitious to develop
