My client is a leading UK designer and manufacturer of high performance industrial, power and control circuit transformers, monitoring relays and power supplies. They are currently recruiting a sales administrator to join their busy, friendly team.
Your new role
Your new role as a sales administrator will be customer facing, via telephone and email, providing pricing quotes for products.
You will:
- Liaise with the customer in a timely manner
- Retrieve quotes based on previous data held
- Record all enquiries on a database
- Quote products ranging from £20- £20,000
- Have good product knowledge to advise the customer
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience working with Microsoft packages and Sage50
- Willingness to learn
- Some knowledge of electricals including transformers.
What you\'ll get in return
- A salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 dependent on technical knowledge and previous experience.
- 33 days holiday
