Administrative Assistant, Dairy Foods Marketing
Land O’Lakes is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Dairy Foods business specifically supporting the Marketing function. In this job, you will work in a fun, fast paced environment where you will support those in marketing that drive our business strategy and manage our product portfolios. This role will report into a senior level marketing director.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating internal and external meetings including project management for larger internal events.
- Managing calendars, multiple schedules, and e-mail inboxes in Outlook
- Travel management (flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.) through Concur system
- Tracking of departmental expenses (includes assistance with monthly expense reports through Concur system).
- Collaborate and work as a team with the other three marketing admins, backing each other up
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in creating first drafts of business correspondence and presentations.
- Maintaining and organizing file management systems
- Creating and maintaining /compiling other weekly reports
- Coordinate employee moves/onboarding new employees
- Ensuring timely handling of invoices and payments in the Ariba system.
- Some work with external vendors and/or agencies required.
Experience/Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required . Bachelor’s degree or pursuit of degree desired.
- 3-5 years related work experience in an administrative support role.
- Previous experience supporting senior director levels or Marketing desired.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite to include demonstrated proficiencies in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and/or One Drive, and Excel.
- Experience with SharePoint administration strongly desired.
- Ability to learn and lead others in setting up webinars by using Zoom, Microsoft Teams and other tools.
- Previous calendar and travel management along with larger event management planning experience required.

- Must be able to prioritize workload from multiple managers as well as consistently follow-up and complete assignments.
- Strong customer orientation and attention to detail.
This is a hybrid role with some on-site in office work days in our Arden Hills, MN office
