We are seeking an intern with a background in Business or IT-related studies. In this role, you will be integral to supporting our Employee Experience team, particularly in system testing and process improvement initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with seasoned professionals and have the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that drive real business value.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans for software systems.
- Conduct system testing to identify bugs and ensure functionality meets business and user requirements.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement or change.
- Collaborate with team members to implement solutions that enhance efficiency.
- Document testing results and process improvements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for HR Transformation initiatives.
- Currently pursuing or in the final year of a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge in coding and programming and familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of business processes and systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
