Our client is a bespoke item manufacturer based in Telford; they are looking for an Administrator to join their business on permanent basis. They are going through some exciting changes in the business, and in the process of implementing some new systems and therefore need an experienced and flexible administrator to support the business. They are looking for someone who has a strong administration background and possibly some exposure to basic accounts and financial duties however this is not essential.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

• Assist the business in answering calls incoming to the business and transferring to the correct departments when required.
• Data entry into internal systems and checking information is accurate.

• Creating project information packs to support the management team.

The role - Telesales:

• The Sales Lead Generator will be responsible for outbound sales calls to prospective businesses
• Using fact finding and rapport building skills during calls to deliver an excellent consultative service to potential clients and advise them of the products and services
• Creating a pipeline of contacts to continually nurture and treat as your own business.
• Working to various KPI targets.

What our client is looking for in a Telesales:

• Sales experience is essential. You could have worked in any of the following: B2B sales, outbound sales, lead generation, telesales, account management, business development- ESSENTIAL
• Good understanding of products, business process and structures- ADVANTAGEOUS
• Excellent interpersonal skills both face to face and by telephone and other media.
• SAP- DESIRABLE
• A full UK driving license - ESSENTIAL
