The Role: Following a full 2 weeks training, you will be making Outbound Sales calls to our customers, the role of Customer Sales Advisor at Capita will require you to:
• Work in our super-friendly Sheffield city centre location, you'll learn how to handle enquiries from both potential and current customers.
• The more you know about our products and services, the better you'll do.
• We'll make sure you're fully trained before you start taking calls, and we will continue providing you with one to one coaching and ongoing support throughout your journey with us.
• You will understand our customers' needs and try to find a suitable solution for them.
• Build a rapport with our customers and focus on delivering the right package to the right customers.

Along with a salary of £22,542 per annum. You may be able to further enhance your pay through our generous uncapped commission scheme. In addition, we will chuck in all this good stuff below:
• No evening or weekend requirement! You will work between 9am - 530pm Monday - Friday. Cushty, right?

• 22 days holiday (pro rata) plus public holidays (if you are scheduled to work on a bank holiday, you will receive a day in lieu).
