Foxy Locks is looking for a passionate and creative Content Creator and Quality Control Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with some hairstyling skills and strong content creation/editing abilities who enjoys producing engaging multimedia content and ensuring the highest quality of our products.
Primary Responsibilities:
Planning Content:
Coordinate with models and prepare setups for filming and photography.
Order necessary accessories and tools in advance.
Brainstorm and plan hairstyles, video topics, and tutorials focused on hair extensions.
Creating Content:
Film and photograph hair extensions, products, and accessories with or without a model.
Edit footage and photos to produce captivating and brand-congruent content for social media and the website.
Photo Editing/Design:
Edit images and design printable documents.
Researching/Learning:
Stay updated on hair styling trends and popular short videos for social media in the hair extension industry.
Continuously learn about hair extensions and industry news.
Investigations:
Wash, treat, and style hair to investigate any customer complaints and determine if hair extensions are faulty.
Quality Control:
Inspect hair extensions upon delivery, including color, length, weight, and quality checks.
Stock Taking:
Plan and conduct monthly stock takes with colleagues.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Walk-In Customer Hair Colour Matching and Sales:
Assist customers with color matching and product selection.
Finalse sales and process orders.
Customer Support (when required, not daily):
Respond to live chat, emails, social media messages, and phone calls.
Processing Orders/Returns (when required, not daily):
Handle order processing, packing, returns, and customer communications.
Qualifications:
Some hairstyling skills.
Experience in content creation and editing.
Proficiency in photo editing software.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Keen interest in hair and beauty trends.
