The post holder will be required to produce and validate statutory reporting for the Trust, including data extractions and processing in support of the Community Services Data Set, Talking Therapies Data Set and the Mental Health Services Data Set. The post holder will also be required to produce and validate national returns including Safer Staffing, as well as statistical analysis in support of the Senior Management within the department, and the Service Managers.
• To produce and validate statutory reporting for CWPT
• To meet the commercial information needs of the Trust by provision of timely and accurate monitoring reports for the Mental Health provider services
• To support service managers in their information needs
• To support the planning and commissioning functions of CWPT through the provision of specific data analysis within an agreed work schedule
• To provide data extractions and processing facility in support of Community Services Data Set, Talking Therapies Data Set, Mental Health Services Data Set and other extracts as required
• To produce, validate and submit national returns including Safer Staffing
• To develop and maintain reporting for both internal distribution and self-service access when required
• To understand the targets that CWPT are required to meet and to be able to work alongside that Data Quality officer and services in relation to initiatives that would have to be implemented to ensure targets are met
• To be able to assist the lead analysts in relation to any work for the datasets and system development
