6-12 months

• Move to internal sales account management, engaging with business customers over the phone e.g. construction companies, local government authorities, housing developers and hotels.
• Learn business development strategies and how to target and win new trading accounts.

12 months and beyond

• Progress to a diverse business-to-business field sales management position, with increased earning potential and bigger bonuses.
• Travel locally in your company car, meeting clients, discussing projects, and arranging social activities.

Your new role
The main focus of this role is to support your clients throughout planning, accounting, and tax compliance. As a Manager in this team, it will be your responsibility to ensure that efficient and successful delivery of tax services is provided to all clients, and that relationships with them keep getting stronger. You will also want to ensure excellent relationships with your whole team, while managing a successful delivery of tax projects.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, this Big 4 Firm is looking for candidates who are either ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA qualified, Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training course, or a Law Qualification. The ideal candidate will also possess experience in tax accounting/tax audit and be an experienced corporate tax practitioner, with the desire to develop further. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with both colleagues and clients, and most of all build a successful business.
