Looking for an experience Business Analyst specializing in Health Insurance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in the health insurance industry, with a strong understanding of industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data related to health insurance operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify business needs, and define project scope.
• Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.
• Evaluate existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Insurance industry experience is required
  

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in wealth domain

Mostly going to work on producing the integration specs between two or more applications.
• Understanding knowledge of file formats and interfaces
• Having knowledge of Payments and lending settlement process is good (any BA who worked on cards system can help here)
• Understanding business functionality flows of various systems
• To also validate the outcome based on the requirements
• Good to have API and XML knowledge.
