The role you'll do:

As an Inbound Customer Sales Advisor you'll be an ambassador for our market-leading brand.
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers who need help.
* Assisting customers calling to register their appliances.
* Using your wit, charm and best sales patter to up-sell our products.
* Building rapport with our customers and getting to know their needs.
* Helping each customer find the protection package for them.

3 -week training programme you'll learn our systems, perfect your sales technique and learn what makes a great customer experience

Hours:

You'll work a flexible 37.5-hour shift across the following hours: Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00, Saturdays: 08:00 - 18:00 and Sundays: 09:00 - 18:00.

The experience and skills you need:

* A solid background in targeted sales
* A driven mindset with strong sales skills and a love for hitting targets.
* proven experience of working autonomously or in a home-based position
* Great communication skills - you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
* Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks and bounce back quickly

* Use your expert knowledge and brilliant communication skills to share the product benefits and find the solution that's right for customers.
* Make outbound sales calls to our warm customer base and sell them the best Protect products.

* Two weeks of: Monday - Thursday 10:00 - 19:00 and an early finish on a Friday working 9:30 - 16:00

* NO WEEKENDS!

My client is looking for an incredibly diligent Corporate Commercial solicitor with at least 3 years PQE with experience in corporate law, with excellent academics (ideally 2:1). You will be joining a firm that is highly regarded and has a well-established reputation along with broad experience across the entire sector.

The team acts for a wide range of businesses, including large established companies, professional and creative partnerships, and entrepreneurs and start-ups involved in a variety of sectors. They have particular expertise in technology start-ups and a Venture Capital, but previous experience in those areas is not essential.

The ideal candidate has to be used to working - and thinking - independently. You enjoy working as a team with colleagues and clients alike. You will be happy taking on new instructions, working independently and helping to "shape" the course and structure of a matter, rather than always working from a pre-agreed term sheet. You will need to be actively engaged in business development, and keen to help us attract new clients and grow the team.

The role offers a generous bonus structure with a positive outlook on flexible working.
