You will also be capable of working under pressure, prioritising to deadlines and multi-tasking. Good motivation, persuasion and planning skills are also essential.

As a BI Analyst you will support the team to extract knowledge for our clinical and operational teams, hungry for analytics to optimise clinical care and performance and for our vibrant research community. You will support our organisation to meet its statutory reporting responsibilities, delivering key areas of reporting to external partners and national bodies.

You will join a group of approximately 20 Business Intelligence Analysts and engineers and you will have options to increase and hone your skills in multiple BI related areas covering up to 40 clinical specialties. • Provide daily assistance to the Senior Analysts, extracting data and populating templates for specified established reports for service managers, corporate managers, external organisations and statutory bodies
• Provide informatics support to meet all statutory, internal and income reporting deadlines utilising processes for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting within the trust and to external organisations.
• Utilise and further develop existing data sources to support the development of standard information for users of the service

• Liaise with relevant individuals to ensure that any data is collected in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure all deadlines for information provision are met by planning and organising work in response to continually changing priorities
• Run reports as specified and required by the senior analysts
• Provide informatics support to meet all statutory, internal and income reporting deadlines utilising processes for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting within the trust and to external organisations.• Work within the BI team in providing information as per agreed timescales
• Establish effective working relationships with key personnel in the PbR/SLR, Business Intelligence, Performance, Finance and Divisional Teams relevant to the role.

Are you a flexible individual who is looking to gain customer service, admin, clerical and IT skills and to be involved in providing an efficient service within the change management team. The role will involve a variety of administrative duties using computerised systems.

ELFS is an NHS owned Shared Service organisation providing back-office transactional services to many NHS Trusts across England. Established in 2002, We are a business division of Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Over the last 20 years we have helped the Trusts we work with to improve their services whilst reducing back-office costs. We work in partnership with our clients building a strong working relationship and putting our customers at the heart of what we do.

As a result of our drive to grow and to deliver added value to our customers, we are recruiting a Business Administration Apprentice to join the team and provide support for our finance systems. You will have shared responsibility for a range of tasks including maintaining and updating various electronic systems and providing support to end users.

We are looking for an individual who aims to have strong IT skills and gain experience of working in a busy administrative environment.

Your key responsibilities both individually and as part of the team will be to:
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other team members, colleagues from ELFS and client organisations.
• Helping with a variety of administrative duties including photocopying, processing mail both email and physical mail,maintainingfiling systems and organising and supporting meetings / events.
• You will be situated centrally within the reception area and will have general access to a variety of systems where you will provide general administrative support

The change management team have a key integral role within ELFS and you will form part of a growing team allowing you to learn a variety of different systems within the business.

You will be part of a team that provides key input into how processes are formed and work operationally within ELFS ultimately leading to system developments and enhancements
