Role Description
Join a dynamic and growing team at KASS, where your sales skills will directly impact our success! We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to play a crucial role in expanding our reach within the intellectual property (IP) sector. This full-time, on-site position in Kuala Lumpur offers a competitive base salary with an attractive commission package, giving you unlimited earning potential. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our cutting-edge IP services, managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and exceeding sales targets.
As part of our team, you'll work closely with marketing and product development to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our offerings meet client needs. If you're passionate about sales and ready to contribute to a high-energy, supportive environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients across various industries
- Promote KASS’s leading IP services to meet client needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
- Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance service offerings
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related fields
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and nurture lasting client relationships
- Knowledge of intellectual property concepts or a keen interest in learning
- Familiarity with the local IP landscape and industry trends is a plus
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the IP industry is advantageous
- The ability to converse in Mandarin is a bonus
