CPM has an exciting opportunity to work with our market-leading client, Suntory. Are you an outstanding salesperson seeking a short-term position in August/September? We are hiring Sales Executives across the UK for a 3-4 week (depending on territory) contract to boost sales of Lucozade Alert into independent stores. The virtual briefing will take place on Monday, 19th August, and the position involves full-time work from Monday to Friday for 3 to 4 weeks. We pay £110 per day , plus mileage and the use of a company van or your own vehicle.

Ideal location: Lancaster, United Kingdom, LA7

Territory covering: Carlisle, Lancaster and surrounding areas

What will you be doing?

As a Sales Executive you will be working to increase the sales of Lucozade Ribena Suntory's (LRS) market leading soft drinks products including Lucozade Energy & Lucozade Alert into convenience and independent stores. You'll also ensure that all stock is on brand and correctly displayed in stores.

You will do this by:

• Collecting stock from a nominated cash & carry in the van we will provide you with for the duration of the work (there is an option to use your own vehicle for this work)
• Visit selected stores in your area Monday to Friday, promoting and selling in products.
• Report back on your sales successes and any information gained during your calls via your mobile on the great easy to use App we will provide you with.
• Building great relationships with store owners and decision makers, enabling you to influence them, helping ensure that every sales opportunity in their stores is maximised and the products are prominently promoted.
• Achieving daily sales targets - but these are well known brands that sell well, and you have a great deal to offer the shops too that they cannot get elsewhere!

This would be a great Sales Executive role for you if:

• You have previous sales or retail experience.
• You have a full UK driving licence and are happy to drive a caddy sized van/have use of a car with big car with enough boot space to carry stock.
• You have a smart phone to enable you to complete reporting (Android or Apple)
• You love influencing people and enjoy making a success out of every day, with the ability to motivate yourself to achieve targets

What will we offer you?

• Virtual briefing on Monday 19th August
• Full time work Monday- Friday 20th August with all calls to be completed within nominated period.
• £110 + mileage - plus a £10 per day sales/completion bonus payable at the end of the work (based on achieving the requirements for the role and completing the whole activity).
• Caddy sized van (supplied for business use only) OR using your own vehicle with mileage paid.
• Regular contact and support from your Field Manager who will be able to offer you guidance to help you achieve the required sales targets.

What will you be doing as a Sales Executive:
You would be calling into Grocery multiples, such as ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrison, in your territory, working on behalf of one of the top 10 brands in the UK. As a Sales Executive, you will build great relationships with key store decision makers and will leverage this to ensure the Lucozade Ribena Suntory products and promotions are given prominent and maximum space in the store, both on the shelf and in chillers.
To help you achieve your sales targets in the Sales Executive Role, you will be given brilliant sales and product training and will be able to use the company tablet to store data to spot any gaps and ensure stock is always available. Your territory will be your own to make a success of, but you will be part of a friendly, collaborative team who work together to achieve results and have the support and guidance of your field manager.
