The Marketing & Executive Coordination is responsible for driving marketing initiatives, coordinating campaigns, and supporting the marketing department in day-to-day activities. Marketing Coordination:

Continuous Improvement:

• Process Standardization and Improvement: Assist with developing, documenting, implementing, enforcing, reviewing and updating SOPs to ensure consistent and standardized practices. Continuously reviewing and updating SOPs based on lessons learned and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Walmay’s methodologies.
• Training and Onboarding: Assist with conducting training sessions and onboarding new team members to ensure understanding and adherence to established SOPs as required.
