Sales Consultant Position

Our classes are highly effective to ensure clients achieve maximum results whether through private, trio or group sessions.

We are Singapore's Largest Classical Pilates Training Organization and we are looking for a talented member to join our growing team.

Job Description:

• Must be multi-talented, trained in Classical Pilates with a strong business acumen;
• Min. 12 Classical Pilates training hours per week, delivering private and small group sessions to clients;
• Oversee the Company's digital marketing strategy and campaign;
• Responsible for social media planning and posts, video production, and KOL campaigns to support regional brand-building;
• Coordinate the Real Pilates Classical Teacher Training program in Singapore;
• Recruit and onboard trainees with bi-annual intake cycles.

Requirements:

• Must have a Master's degree related to business and marketing, preferably MBA;
• Has at least 4 years of classical pilates training;
• Has received training in both classical and contemporary pilates training with basic knowledge of anatomy;
• Has at least 6 years of experience in marketing (online and offline), branding, and entrepreneurship;
• Has at least 2 years in sales, managerial position, preferably in a corporate or multinational company;
• Has at least 6 years in managing social media content, video production, and influencer campaigns.

Sales Executive

Flex Studio is Singapore’s largest Classical Pilates studio at Palais Renaissance, recently opened in April 2023. The Company seeks an experienced individual for the role of Sales Executive, to continue to grow the business.

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle incoming enquiries by phone and email; follow prospects from initial enquiry to closure; book prospect appointments to tour facility

· Maintain knowledge of current promotions and services, to educate prospects and make follow up sales phone calls

· Maintain client relationships

· Assist Customer Service team achieve monthly target

· Take an active role in achieving monthly sales target for classes, appointments, workshops and retail

· Review prospect data and closure rate; liaise with Marketing to give feedback

· Book clients appointments and classes

Job Requirements:

· Outgoing and friendly personality; comfortable speaking to a wide demographic

· Minimum 1 years sales management experience, preferably in related industry (health, wellness, fitness)

· Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. Other languages will be an advantage

· Must be numbers-oriented and computer savvy, knowledge of MBO will be advantage

· Available for shift work including evenings and weekends
