• College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum (7) years’ experience as a business analyst on iterative software development projects.

• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements.

• Experience with functional decomposition of large business needs into multiple layers of requirements/user stories.

• Creating a product backlog that provides business value to the customer.

• Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)

• Experience conducting backlog refinement sessions with stakeholders and the Product Owner to gather and validate business requirements.

• Experience with coaching a development team to understand the business value and mission of the supported product.

CACI is searching for an established Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Business Development Exec with a demonstrated track record in identifying, qualifying, and winning DHS opportunities in information technology (networks, cloud, application development, data, analytics, cybersecurity, etc.).  Focus will be on DHS and other strategically defined Federal Civilian Agencies.  You will be responsible for identifying and winning new business worth between $50M and $500M annually.  You will work closely with the Vice President of Business Development to develop an overall Account Plan and Engagement Strategy to focus on positioning and capturing new business contracts.

Works independently and is the primary POC for internal process optimization, workload planning, and resource analysis.  Additionally, must demonstrate strong skills in oral and written communication with customers, internal or external team members.  They must also possess the ability to successfully work with concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities.

More About the Role

• Assists with SharePoint administration.
• Works independently and is the primary POC for internal process optimization, workload planning, and resource analysis.
• Works closely with program stakeholders and product end users to identify areas for process improvement.
• Serves as the Product Owner for PMO-developed applications such as the One Scope portal and the financial management tool.
• Monitors portal performance on a regular basis to ensure high availability.
• Facilitates testing of process improvement of portal capabilities, documents portal capabilities, and facilitates live and remote training of deployed application.
• Work with other business systems analysts to define and document system requirements and future capabilities.
• Provide user support for both technical and functional issues as it relates to the One Scope Portal
• Test new software and software changes to ensure implementation meets specifications/requirements and customer expectations.
• Find and log systems defects, including steps required to repeat, and track defects to closure.
• Monitors portal performance on a regular basis to ensure high availability
• Troubleshoot the system to determine the source of systems errors.
• Assist in the preparation of contract deliverable documentation.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in the preparation, selection, organization, and presentation of information in a concise and coherent manner.

 These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have

• Experience in SharePoint design/development.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team to resolve problems.
• A self-starter who will seize and maintain the initiative in ambiguous situations.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Active security clearance (Secret or higher).
