The TTS Cash Management Product Sales Lead Specialist is a transaction banking business development professional who works closely with clients and prospects in providing treasury management solutions to global multinationals. The role requires sales drive, excellent communication and negotiations skills with an ability to win treasury management business from Global Corporate multi-nationals. The candidate possesses strong deep knowledge of the financial industry, an analytical ability and acumen to move clients’ financial goals into comprehensive treasury and advanced technology solutions. This team player coordinates with bank partners in Canada and from around the world.
This role requires travel, frequent in person and or virtual client facing activities with Cash Managers, Finance Specialists, A\P and A\R Managers, Credit Managers, Assistant Treasurers, Treasurers and CFOs. Product Sales is responsible for managing and actively pursuing treasury services opportunities within certain industry verticals from established large global corporate Citi clients present in Canada. The candidate works closely with several partners such as Product Management, Relationship Managers, Client Executives, Risk Managers, Card Specialists, Liquidity Specialists, Technology Advisors, Onboarding \ Implementation and Client Servicing.
Responsibilities:
Work on identify clients \ prospects needs, opportunities origination, solutions design and closing deals
Deep understanding of the Canadian and global financial and banking marketplaces
Ability to understand and analyze companies’ ecosystems to develop and align Citi solutions that fits their needs.
Be able to interpret client information regarding their treasury and financial operations to correctly address the needs with our offerings
Responsible to establish and follow sales plans to improve origination and focus on bringing new clients to TTS Canada
Person must ensure that sales best practices, technology latest trends and efficient solutions are being implemented
Work with the product partners to ensure product offering is competitive in service, function and price
Execute and monitor development on existing clients’ wallets to identify opportunities
Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure
Be part of a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics
Appropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; demonstrating proper consideration for the firm’s reputation.

Qualifications:
8-10+ years of treasury and financial experience, including corporate client coverage
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Extensive years of client facing activity experience
Experience with credit approval process and risk discussions is desired
A combination of commercial and analytical skills
Disciplined and professional business development and market approach
Multilingual skills are positively considered
