ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development and implementation of QMS/IMS initiatives across the organization.
- Work with various function to design and optimize quality processes using advanced quality tools and techniques.
- Initiate, Develop, and implement digital quality management tools with technical team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels within local and the global Operations.
- Provide expert guidance on quality matters to senior management and operational teams.
- Manage and facilitate and conduct internal audits and oversee external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality management principles and practices.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Guide and mentor departmental representative of QMS/IMS.
