Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

• Memastikan keluhan pelanggan dapat ditanggapi dalam waktu yang telah ditentukan
• Melakukan pengawasan pengendalian sesuai dengan standard operating procedure (SOP) perusahaan dan instruksi kerja(WI) yang digariskan perusahaan atau atas intruksi atasan untuk kepentingan perusahaan
• Melakukan komunikasi dengan baik ke pelanggan.
• Menangani keluhan pelanggan dengan baik, bersama-sama dengan service coordinator, supervisor, service manager, atau dengan branch manager.
• Merespon keluhan pelanggan maksimal 2 jam, sejak keluhan masuk dan melakukan tindakan langkah perbaikan maksimal 24 jam dari janji yang disepakati.

We’re looking for a Lead Quality Engineer to bring technical leadership and shape the delivery of our world-renowned Quality Platform.

• You will be seen as a technical leader and mentor for your fellow quality engineers. You will share new ideas and perspectives on quality engineering, and contribute to initiatives within the organization.
• You will be part of a distributed team of passionate technologists assessing the software quality of our platform by implementing modern, innovative and emerging testing techniques. You will play a crucial role in our high-velocity Agile teams, working on multiple assignments.

Core Responsibilities

• Act as a technical leader to define and evolve our existing automation-first quality strategy and approach to reflect the maturing complex architecture of our platform;
• Understand Katalon Product's challenges as well as keys to success and take ownership of testing aspect of Katalon's success plan;
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineers to provide a subject matter expert’s point of view for our platform by participating in design reviews and feature discussions;
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide sizing for quality engineering tasks within teams;
• Coach quality engineering team members and contribute in sprint deliverables;
• Partner with Customer Support Specialists to support customer escalations, reproduce defects in-house, and drive issues to closure when necessary.

Key Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of Test methodologies and principles;
• 3+ years of prior hands-on experience in building automation frameworks using test automation tools such as Katalon, Cypress, and Playwright;
• Demonstrated understanding of OOP design pattern with competency programming language skills ( Groovy, Java);
• Practical experience in mobile testing and API testing; 
• Knowledge of modern ecosystems and automated build/deployment pipelines (Jenkins, Circle CI, GitHub Action, Azure Pipelines, etc);
• Experience working in Agile Teams (Scrum, SAfe framework);
• Ability to multitask effectively and to work successfully in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience guiding team on testability, acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements, and definition of done;
• Good command of English communication and presentation skills;

Bonus Points

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering or equivalent;
• WinApp testing experience;
• Hands-on experience with Performance Testing using tools such as K6;.
• Knowledge of cloud providers such as LamdaTest, Kobiton, BrowserStack and Saucelabs;
• Knowledge of Data Engineering applications, data platforms, data visualization, machine learning, and artificial intelligence;
• PSM I certified;
