Join a reputable local organisation that specialises in hospitality leasing across the UK. Based in Chester, this growing company is looking for a fantastic administrative professional to join their property help desk team, supporting with administration and compliance processes.
Your new role
You will be supporting the property team to make sure any compliance obligations are met. You will be in regular communication with licensees and other third parties in regard to compliance certifications, inspections and change of tenancy.
What you'll need to succeed
Good computer literacy is essential to this role as you will be required to utilise a number of internal systems and databases to manage the compliance process, as well as creation and management of orders. Excellent administrative skills, with prior experience working in a similar role, this position will require stakeholder engagement and management. The selected candidate will display exemplary customer service, communication and attention to detail.
Knowledge of statutory legislation or experience within property maintenance is an asset but not a requirement.
