As a compliance administrator/officer, you will be responsible for logging information and tasks relating to technical and health and safety compliance and audits, ensuring completion. Key responsibilities will include:

• Assigning and managing tasks to subcontractors, and working closely with the team for smooth completion.
• Maintaining key documentation and systems.
• Monitoring risk assessments to ensure they are up-to-date.

As our Transport Compliance Manager, you will follow all vehicle maintenance requirements ensuring all vehicles and plant are serviced and maintained to the specification outlined under the manufactured guidelines and the Operator licence conditions. You will liaise with all third-party service providers to ensure all daily defects, breakdowns and punctures on our vehicles and plant are registered and dealt with within the relevant timeframe.

Main responsibilities of the role include:


- Proactively manage the yearly maintenance planner to ensure the vehicle fleet is maintained, services, and managed in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Daily management of the vehicle requirements for all relevant departments across the contract(s).

Quality Governance Facilitator (Full Time 37.5hrs) Quality and Safety Department An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Quality Governance Facilitator. As the Quality Governance Facilitator, you will lead and coordinate Patient Safety Incident Investigations and support the Trust to learn from patient safety events. You will have experience working in patient safety or quality governance and have an understanding of governance techniques, including incident reporting and risk management. Ideally, you will have a clinical background; in this role, you will be working with clinical teams and senior leaders to analyse current practice and identify areas for improvement. This will include analysing data and identifying themes and trends. You will work closely with the clinical teams to produce reports and present information to senior team leaders. You will engage closely with patients, their families and staff with the aim of understanding their experiences and obtaining areas for improvement. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively and flexibly as a part of a team. Fixed Wire Testers

Fixed Wire Testers are needed for mobile roles for our client who is a large electrical compliance company

A van, PDA and a fuel card and full kit is supplied by our client and the basic salary is 36k + a good bonus scheme, the OTE is 42k minimum for this role and the these roles are permanent positions

Overtime will be available and our client supplies the following- Pension, Paid Holidays and Bank Holidays, Test Equipment, Van (Fuel card and personal use included), Phone & Laptop, Uniform, PPE and Hotels booked and paid for and evening meal and breakfast paid

Bonus Scheme- Weekday KPI target - 45 circuits per day / 225 per week (both to be achieved) and bonus after KPI is hit at £2.80 per circuit and Weekend circuit rate - £3.50 per circuit

The work is carrying out works within various commercial, industrial and hospital environments

It is essential that any candidates meet the following criteria, 17th or 18th Edition, and C&G Electrical qualifications such as for example NVQ level 3 or equivalent and a testing qualification such as 2391/4/5 with experience of testing and inspection

Candidates will need to be willing to work away from home when needed and to do some Weekend and Night works when needed (good rates and allowance is paid)

Candidates will need to pass a Disclosure Check and have the correct right to work documents needed such as a passport
