About the Team The Quality Assurance Team is a well established and well regarded Team in Adults, Wellbeing and Health Partnerships. We have strong links with internal colleagues as well as our external partners in Health and CQC. About the Role Working with the area Quality Assurance Manager, you will collect and analyse data and information about quality and risk in older persons care and support services within the area, identifying priorities. You will:

• Undertake visits to Care Homes and Home Based Care Agencies producing reports following the visits.
• Gather and analyses data and information about quality and risk of the services in the patch.
• Plan and prioritise your own work and activities, responding to changing priorities as needed.

Position Summary: AXA Partners is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Special Investigations Unit/Fraud Control Officer. This crucial role, positioned at a medium to senior level (depending on experience), will provide direct support to our Travel Claims and Medical Assistance claims teams, conducting forensic checks on new and ongoing claims to support or deny claims where fraud is suspected or proven.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and working on Special Investigations Unit (SIU) claims case referrals, conducting in-depth reviews and investigations to identify potentially fraudulent claims and customers. Surrey Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) are looking for 2 people to carry out the following roles. 2 x Competent Fire Safety Inspecting Officer's, one of which will undertake the position of a Building Safety Regulator. To achieve succession planning, we will be using this recruitment to create a pool of suitable candidates to assist us in managing our retirement profile throughout the next 12 months. The inspector role is to be fulfilled immediately, with the Building Safety regulator expected to be August 2024.

As a Business Fire Safety Inspector your role will be to supervise and mentor development Advisors and Inspectors, complete consultations and audit high and very high-risk business premises follow up visits and decide on appropriate enforcement levels based on audit outcomes. This will all be to ensure compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 on behalf of the fire authority.

You will support the Protection Teams in Surrey Fire and Rescue to deliver the objectives of the Risk Based Inspection Programme (RBIP), ensuring the buildings and people that use them are safer through education and enforcement.

This role will be based at one of three locations across Surrey:

You will be supported by an experienced team, made up of operational and civilian backgrounds. This role will involve engaging with various partners and business owners to lead and support people to lawfully resolve regulatory fire safety matters, ensuring compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order. You will also be responsible for educating businesses and fire teams ensuring shared understanding of risks.
