The LiftCo London Contract covers 20 health buildings in London and the Midlands and delivers key services in M&E and Full Lifecycle replacement. The portfolio is challenging both operationally and commercially, but we have built a dedicated team based at each contract who are delivering a great service that you could be a part of.
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join our friendly team, working from home. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm.
As Compliance Administrator you will provide administration support for contractual KPI’s, compliance (e.g. Health & Safety, statutory, HTM’s etc.) and other legislative requirements, to ensure that the contract operates in a manner which fully meets the obligations.
Responsibilities
Assist the Contract Management with the management of the contract to ensure that all buildings operate and are maintained in accordance with all statutory and mandatory requirements, are compliant with relevant legislation and in line with the Tenant’s / Client’s requirements.
Assist the Contract Management and the Health Safety & Compliance Manager with implementation of the G4S FM Occupational Health & Safety Management System within the contract.
Monitor contract compliance performance and identify future compliance activities.
Track statutory compliance ensuring appropriate staff or subcontractors are mobilised in a manner so as to avoid non-compliance issues.
Production of detailed and accurate reports on compliance.
Identify and track remedial works following planned maintenance activities and ensure documented evidence is received and held on file.
Assist in the production of all operational, commercial, and client required contractual and compliance documentation.
Assist with audit preparation and delivery (external and internal).
Coordinate the record keeping process to ensure the upkeep and updating of the document control centre.
Issue of Authority to Works for subcontractor site attendance following specified checks.
Develop close working relationships with the G4S operational team, subcontractor parties and support functions to ensure that the contract is effectively delivered.
Essential
Working knowledge of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.
Good knowledge of basic building compliance.
Able to motivate, prioritise and organise effectively.
Good people and communication skills.
Ability to work openly and collaboratively at all levels.
Excellent written skills, proficient in Microsoft and Google programs.
