The post holder is responsible for providing a comprehensive and confidential administrative support for the Quality Data team in accordance with Departmental, Trust and National standards, policies and procedures. To act as a source of advice and guidance regarding Datix, Policies and Procedures and Quality Information/Data processes.
• Prioritise all incoming work, responding promptly, appropriately and communicating clearly in relation to urgent/important issues via telephone, email and in person
• Review digital incident report forms on the Datix System for accuracy and consistency in accordance with departmental requirements.
• Review submitted incidents to the Learning from Patient Safety Events (LFPSE) National reporting system.
• Data entry of mortality reviews onto DCIQ

• Facilitate the correct level of access for users on the Datix System in accordance with Information Governance.
• Assist the Quality System Officer and the Quality Information Manager in providing administrative support to the function and processes, supporting changes and enhancements to the Datix System.
• Management of the functions mailbox to facilitate prompt responses and actions to queries and requests.
• Support the Quality Information Specialist with statistical reports as and when required, including evaluating data to identify trends.
• Provide administrative support for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), with timely uploads of new or updated SOPs to the Trusts Document Management System.
• Participate in daily team huddles
• Support managing the departments intranet page and communication media when requested.
• Provide administrative support for the wider Quality Data Team and any additional duties.
