Job Description:

• Responsible for scheduling as well as manage corrective and preventive maintenance in the mill.
• Responsible for the quality assurance of the whole product life cycle.
• To identify failures and implement corrective actions and follow-up.
• Oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.
• Responsible for establishment of effective production process flow in the sense of maximizing the process capability and reject prevention based on real process study.
• Performing audit to the existing manufacturing processes to ensure the smoothness of processes and facilities.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), and or other related field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be a significant advantage as the job required to be able to communicate with China Expatriate.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reports to Production Planning Supervisor.
• Plan, schedule, monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite the work order to ensure shipments to customer are meet.
• Regular interface with Production Manager/Supervisor/Leaders, Manufacturing Engineers and other required personnel to achieve the output goal and shipment requirement.
• To communicate and coordinate especially with Production team regularly to ensure smooth flow of production.
• To prepare reports in timely manner.
• Required to working in shift and station in Production Office.
• Any other tasks related to planning that assigned by superior from time to time.
• Participate in Improvement Projects related to Planning/Manufacturing or Automation

• Develop and administer Ethics and Compliance communications targeted to a diverse, global workforce
• Create posters, slides, banners, handouts, videos (animated and live), podcasts, and other communication modalities
• Produce creative assets for other Ethics and Compliance projects
• Assist with creation of online training modules and instructor-led classes
• Produce small video projects, which may include filming other employees
• Help manage Ethics and Compliance online SharePoint site, including designing and deploying graphical assets
• Support translation and localization of Ethics and Compliance materials

• Develop and administer Ethics and Compliance online and instructor-led training for a diverse, global workforce
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) database and user accounts
• Create SCORM modules using Articulate software
• Upload and test SCORM modules to test LMS functionality
• Develop and maintain training-related reports and statistics
• Monitor LMS data integrity and resolve data inconsistencies
• Work with business partners to field training-related inquires and provide LMS user support
• Perform administrative duties associated with conducting instructor-led training (including pre-training prep, scheduling, logging attendance, post-training assessments, and, as needed, coordinating travel, conference rooms, and IT setup)

·        Change material master information based on review result with user area

·        Cleansing potential duplication of material master

·        Standardize material description and manufacture part number

Some of your duties will include:

·        Responsible for suggesting enhancements to policies and procedures in the event of reoccurring inventory accuracy within the warehouse group. This position also works in conjunction with internal and external audits groups during site review and compliance testing within warehouse areas. Compliance Analyst is also responsible to track the issuance, dispatch and incoming receipt of repairable components.

·        To conduct self-assessment audits to ensure individual warehouses are performing their duties in adherence to established policies and procedures.

·        To perform physical inventory cyclic stocktaking at all warehouse locations.

·        To monitor warehouse operations areas to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

·        To audit document control within the warehouse data input area.

·        Performs physical cyclic stocktaking at all warehouses and lay down locations and investigates variances.

·        Prepare inventory adjustment sheets and forward though to immediate supervisor for review.

·        Prepares reports advising management of count discrepancies found by warehouse locations.

·        Performs audits and inspections in the data input area to ensure documentation is processed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with policies and procedures.

·        Coordinates with Administration Coordinators to investigate and resolve negative stock-on-hand balances.

·        Performs physical inspection of Capitalized and Insurance items to ensure inventory is stored in an appropriate manner that protects its condition.

·        Checks material-in-transit reports to determine if inventory has been physically received but not yet acquitted.

·        Review warehouse non-action reports to monitor warehouse service level performance.

·        Recommends stock preservation to warehouse supervisors for items that require special storage requirements.

·        Coordinates with user departments to ensure that technical inspections are performed on repaired items prior to storage.

·        Control secure cyclic count records through centralized filing for all warehouse counts performed.

·        Other duties as assigned.
