Senior Funding Compliance Specialist (Apprenticeship)

The Senior Funding Compliance Specialist role reports into the Compliance Manager and will operate as a senior funding and data specialist within the team supporting with day to day compliance and ILR data management activities. They will also be responsible for leading on all funding and ILR data queries and the management of The Apprenticeship Service (TAS/DAS) data mismatches (Dlocks).

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing compliance checks and ILR data for starts, withdrawals, breaks, gateways, achievements and other changes of circumstances.
• Pro-actively tracking key activities and producing reports/dashboard where required
• Dealing with complex funding and ILR data queries to identify issues and work with stakeholders to achieve timely resolution
• Providing advice and guidance to internal colleagues on funding rules and learner compliance queries.
• Providing technical support and guidance on queries associated with The Apprenticeship Service (TAS/DAS) for both external employers and internal colleagues.
• Managing and reporting on data mismatches (Dlocks) and working with internal stakeholders to resolve in a timely manner
• Running ILR submissions and working with ESFA produced ILR reports (Submit Learner Data portal)
• Managing and monitoring data queries highlighted within the Funding Rules Monitoring (FRM) reports

About you:

• Experience of working with apprenticeship funding and ILR data within a large DfE funded apprenticeship provision
• In-depth knowledge of the apprenticeship funding rules, ILR data and audit requirements
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of The Apprenticeship Service (TAS/DAS) and managing Dlocks
• Working knowledge of MIS systems preferably Maytas, Bud and Aptem or similar ILR system
• Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with large complex data with confidence
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to multi-task and effectively prioritise work load
• Work independently on own initiative

Your new role

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring environmental compliance is adhered to across the Company's portfolio of sites (including flexible power generation, BESS, wind and solar) sites
• Accountable for the management of statutory environmental permit requirements, such as but not limited to, emissions monitoring and reporting
• Responsible for the maintenance of UK-ETS permits and procedures, including annual verifications
• Ensuring all new sites in development or construction obtain statutory environmental permits in line with key project timescales

The role: Sales / Senior Account Manager / Business Development Manager
Location: Hybrid - 3 days in the office & 2 days at home
Permanent: Full time, 37.5hrs per week
Package: competitive base salary with commission


Job purpose:

You will join QA as a Senior Client Relationship Manager; your focus will be to grow your account base by nurturing your existing customers as well as acting as a mentor across the team to support them to win business.


About you:

If you have experience working in B2B sales in a consultative sales function, enjoy building new relationships, providing solutions, and working to tight deadlines then this could be the role for you. A knowledge of government programmes of work with a focus on central government services.

A 'day in the life' of a Senior Client Relationship Manager

• Lead client meetings to understand their business in order to deliver an impactful solution
• Analyse sales management information to strategically prioritise your sales pipeline to maximise financial performance
• Design a high-level creative solution to meet the client's needs with the support from the bids team and subject matter experts to create a compelling solution
• Drive commercial discussions, prepare quotes and proposals to deliver high quality material for client sign off
• Measure the strategic value being added to client account
• Develop strategic relationships with client C-Suite and other senior stakeholders

Job Title: Quality Inspector / Quality Audit Inspector

I am looking for someone who is detail-orientated and passionate about quality, to ensure that all products meet the highest standards and customer specifications.

Salary: £27,500 per annum

Shift Patterns:

• Monday - Thursday, 8AM - 4:45PM
• Friday, 8AM - 12PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and accreditation.
• Conduct product tests and quality control checks.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues.
• Perform internal audits and document quality assessments.
• Work with technical drawings, including welding symbols and geometric tolerances.

Skills and Requirements:

• Teamwork and leadership
• Attention to detail and problem-solving
• Experience in QC, QA, and Quality Engineering
• Proficiency with MS Officer and Epicor
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing
• Strong communication and IT skills

Role: Finance Administrator
Location: LEEDS

In your new role here atQA role you will run the divisional invoicing cycle and work with the customers to ensure timely payment. You will respond to queries, prepare & analyse financial reports and ensure that contractual KPIs are met.


About the role:

• Process sales invoicing & send to the customer
• Review client purchase orders
• Resolve invoice queries
• Review reports and statements to ensure accuracy
• Perform data compilation, reconciliation & analysis

Your knowledge & experience:

• Qualified to AAT

• Liaison with other teams in a wider business
• Experience of presenting data in a concise manner
• Experience of reconciling large data sets in Excel
