Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate transmission of alarms and statuses between the frontend interface and the monitoring system by verifying log data from both sources.
• Act as a liaison between the project team and field equipment, facilitating seamless integration and communication for the monitoring project.

Requirements:

• Shift Flexibility: Primarily night shifts with occasional day shifts as needed.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on reviewing and verifying log data to ensure accurate alarm and status tracking.
• Experience: Familiarity with log-based testing, particularly in system integration environments, is preferred.

Required Qualifications and Skills Requirements

Ø Bachelors of Degree Finance, Business, Law or Other Degree

Ø Certification in Compliance

Ø Registration local Compliance organization, as applicable

Ø Previous experience in compliance, risk management, or a regulatory role within the financial services industry

Ø Good comprehension of compliance for asset management and collective investment vehicles

Ø Strong organizational and reporting skills

Ø Strong knowledge of company and financial laws for entities and filing requirements for The Bahamas, Singapore and other relevant jurisdictions

Ø Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills

Ø Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

Ø Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Ø Regulatory Monitoring: Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant. Demonstrate knowledge of and compliance with departmental procedures and guidelines as they relate to the Compliance framework

Ø Collaboration: Work with various departments to promote a culture of compliance and to ensure policies are being followed. Provide support to departments about KYC queries and compliance issues for potential investors, subscribers or other parties to the Fund.

Ø Auditing and Monitoring: Perform regular audits and monitoring of operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Assist with the management of external review processes such as inspections by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas and SSAE 18 engagement by external auditors.

Ø Reporting: Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required. File annual and periodic reports and other documents required by regulators for funds – Securities Commission, Central Bank, Competent Authority.

Ø Risk Assessment: Identify compliance risks and conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls. Bring unusual and complicated functional issues to the attention of the Executives for discussion and resolution. Document compliance issues raised by departments as well as parties involved, and the process followed to resolve the same.

Ø Policy Development: Identify, develop, implement, update and review of relevant policies and procedures of company and departments to ensure adherence to the best practices and relevant laws, regulations, guidelines and best practices. Document the result of findings and follow up on the implementation of recommendations as necessary.

Ø Training and Education: Assist and conduct training sessions for employees on compliance-related topics and the importance of adherence to policies. Ensure implementation of updated policies and procedures, where applicable. Assist in report preparation and data compilation as required

Ø Misc: Other related duties as directed by Company Executives

Quality Control Responsibilities To carry out all laboratory duties in accordance with Good Control Laboratory Practice (GCLP) as deemed appropriate by the QC Laboratory Manager and Head of Pharmaceutical Quality. To carry out all laboratory duties in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP). To update SOPs and test procedures as required and submit for approval to the Pharmaceutical Quality Control Laboratory Manager or Head of Pharmaceutical Quality. Undertake the sampling and testing, in accordance with approved procedures, of the following: o Raw materials, including purified water, excipients and active ingredients. o Finished pharmaceutical products, including sterile injections, creams, ointments and oral liquids. o Packaging components. o Repacked medicines. o Clinical trial supplies and patient packs. o Medical gas testing To undertake the preparation and standardisation of laboratory reagents. To ensure that the laboratory has adequate glassware, disposables and chemicals to undertake routine work. To undertake routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment in accordance with approved procedures. To report all results and findings to the Pharmaceutical Quality Control Laboratory Manager or Head of Pharmaceutical Quality for final evaluation. To undertake evaluation of microbiological testing media from environmental monitoring testing in accordance with approved procedures. This includes enumeration of colonies description of morphology. To consign any samples requiring microbiological and endotoxin testing to the approved contractors according to the approved procedure and schedule. To ensure that chemical waste is disposed of according to the Trust procedures. To assist in the maintenance of the Pharmaceutical Quality Control Laboratory in a safe and tidy condition and in accordance with GCLP. To store reference and retention samples in accordance with approved procedures. Undertake the testing of radiopharmaceutical products in accordance with approved procedures and to report the results to the authorised releasing officer. 2. Research and Development To carry out stability testing under the supervision of the Pharmaceutical Quality Control Laboratory Manager or Quality Assurance Pharmacist. To develop and / or validate analytical methods and prepare formal reports of the results under the supervision of the Pharmaceutical Quality Control Laboratory Manager or Head of Pharmaceutical Quality. To prepare written reports of any development work carried out. To assist the QP (IMP) in developing testing procedures and checking of products prepared for Clinical Trials. 3. Quality Assurance To be part of the Quality Assurance team and carry out assigned QA tasks as required. To undertake monitoring of temperatures in controlled storage areas within Pharmacy. To undertake environmental monitoring in the manufacturing units at both internal and external sites according to agreed procedures. To assist in writing departmental procedures in line with current GMP guidelines. To assist in carrying out internal and external inspections and audits of our GMP areas and external clients and suppliers. To assist in drug defect investigations, complaints and drug recalls of trust manufactured products. 4. Quality Management and Document Control To ensure SOPs for assigned equipment and testing procedures are updated as required. 5.Training and Development To assist in the training and supervision of support staff. Preregistration pharmacists and student technicians as well as training programme for QA and QC personnel as required 6. Professional Development To undertake continuous professional development. To undertake GCP and GMP training as required. To maintain 100% MAST record. To act as a role model to all other Pharmacy staff. Typical day as Technical Quality Manager

• Driving technical design and quality of our schemes through reviewing documentation and drawings as sufficiently describing the works and meeting Building Safety requirements, providing technical sign off where required.
• Managing inspections and reporting at key build stages (including up to handover and at the end of the defect liability period), referring to plans, photographing works, taking measurements and checking materials.
• Attending pre-construction site meetings and other technical project meetings to provide technical and quality input.
• Ensuring homes are delivered on time and programme risks managed, working closely with project teams, carrying out regular reviews on contractors’ progress of works against programmes and providing advice on handover dates and program risks.
• Regular monitoring and recording of inspections by Building Control and NHBC/Warranty, tracking issues raised and ensuring they are rectified. Supporting the teams to hold contractors to account for quality, workmanship and safety on our construction sites at all times.

You have

• Experience of the full development process with a residential developer, contractor or consultant in the construction or housebuilding industry. You’ll have a good technical knowledge in identifying defects, snags and general construction quality in new homes.
• An up-to-date knowledge of regulations, codes and standards, including materials, trades, methods and legal requirements.
• Hold a relevant degree (or equivalent professional experience) alongside a professional accreditation such as RICS, CIOB, ICWCI, RIBA or equivalent or be working towards this.
• As safety is of paramount importance, a detailed understanding of Health & Safety regulations, with experience of ensuring sites and assets remain safe. You’ll hold, or be prepared to work toward, a site safety accreditation such as CSCS or equivalent.
• You’ll have a good eye for detail, be a great influencer, with a good understanding of the external environment and our place within it.
