This role will be responsible for managing the CISO Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) Execution Team primarily responsible for developing and executing strategies to innovate, support and help lead global MCA Transformation efforts including approach design, development, implementation, reporting, and governance. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading CISO’s Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) team to ensure compliance with enterprise risk management policies and standards (e.g., MCA Standards and Procedures)
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of risk management professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous learning
• Set clear goals and objectives for the team, aligning them with organizational priorities and driving accountability for results
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to team members, empowering them to make informed decisions and take calculated risks

• Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership (C15-C16/Director-MD) on a regular basis including MGE Quarterly Risk Assessments (QRA) and Annual Risk Assessments (ARA), monthly CISO Domain Reviews and RCMs, to communicate complex MCA concepts and risk management strategy results in a clear and concise manner
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on improving risk appetite for the bank
• Lead and liaise with the CISO Transformation Lead on the global transformation efforts focused on improving risk and control environment for the firm, collaborating with functional teams across O&T to standardize processes, enhance controls, and implement best practices for CISO’s MCA Governance program
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new MCA Transformation activities affecting CISO Assessment Units (AUs)
• Provide thought-leadership to direct reports and influence decisions on a global scale by championing MCA transformation efforts and operational cybersecurity risk, while advocating for necessary resources and aligning efforts with organizational objectives

  • Actively engage, collaborate, and manage relationships with O&T-wide, technology, governance, risk and controls teams to recommend solutions that improve business processes and reduce risk in the environment.

  • Develop and produce insightful MCA reporting for partners and stakeholders to gain a better understanding of risk within their functions as well as identifying process optimization opportunities

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in leadership management, risk management and/or regulatory compliance in one or more of the following risk disciplines: technology risk, business continuity, operational risk, supplier risk, or audit and controls.
• Broad knowledge of other risk areas, with strong understanding of supplier or third-party risk impact in a financial services company is a plus. Demonstrates knowledge of in-scope business and product areas.
• Project management and governance experience with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed critical milestones.

Summary 

Reporting to the Director, US Supply Chain, this Supply Chain Compliance position is responsible for reviewing and approving Procurement/Subcontract documentation for compliance with regulations and policies. Tracks trends in Procurement/Subcontracts compliance issues regarding purchase order creation and identifies areas for improvement recommending appropriate training requirements to management.

The End-to-End lead for Risk Mgt Report – Scoping, Data Acquisition, Sampling and Profiling will be responsible for the end-to-end transaction testing process for prioritized reports, including planning, scoping, sampling, test execution and observation validation.  This lead will work closely with Risk and Management Report use case owners, Functional Chief Data Officers (FCDOs) and Global Functions Technology (GFT) to adopt, execute transaction testing cycles and ensure adherence to the Transaction Testing Operating Model.

Success for this lead is to effectively and efficiently plan and lead testing cycles aligned to the Transaction Testing Multi Year Plan and Operating Model, testing data reported to regulators match their original source values, and conform to reporting requirements to identify areas which may require stronger data quality controls or compensating measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report transaction testing reviews for a book of work
• Sr analysts supporting transaction testing reviews including prioritizing work, providing guidance throughout cycles, developing analysts’ testing skill set, report and product knowledge through training on cycle scope. 
• Partner with GFT, Business Technology, Report Owners, FCDOs and external consultants in leading transaction testing cycles aligned the Transaction Testing Operating Model.
• Identify issues and exceptions, produce executive quality reports, analysis and insights, coordinate handoffs and communicate updates and results effectively to manager and stakeholders
• Support Root Cause Analysis in collaboration with GFT, Data Providers, Report Owners, FDCOs
• Ensure adherence to relevant policies, standards and operating procedures pertaining to Transaction Testing E2E Process

Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the Data Governance, Data Services and Data Quality initiatives across the organization.
• Participates in efforts to ensure Risk and Finance comply with the Citigroup Data Management Policy
• Assists in centrally acquiring all data related to Risk and Finance management and regulatory reporting processes while ensuring data quality, completeness and consistency across the organization.
• Helps prepare and review monthly financial summaries and monthly business reviews for senior management that clearly communicate the financial performance of the business
• Designs, implement, and monitors key performance indicators and metrics
• Drives process improvement opportunities that enhance the efficiency of the financial reporting cycle while also increasing the informative value of the content provided to senior management
• Leverages technical expertise to execute quantitative analyses that translates into actionable insights for management
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

The ideal candidate will have the following education, knowledge and experience:

• Bachelors / University Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Three tiers of primary subject matter knowledge required:
  • CCAR or Regulatory experience with key regulatory reports for banking organizations (e.g., FR Y-14, FR Y-9C, Call Reports, FFIEC 009, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Bank Products
  • US GAAP Knowledge
• Quality Assurance transaction testing experience required
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and / or Regulatory Reporting in financial services including proven experience in complex operational environments
• Ability to collaborate, coordinate and execute with the broader teams, business partners, Report Owners, Data Providers, technology and global functions to drive successful execution of testing cycles
• Well-developed organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, aligned with excellent attention to detail and time management
• Strong ability to communicate ( oral and written) clearly to both technical experts, non-technical business leaders in order to facilitate cycle discussions with stakeholders and to clearly articulate findings, defend point of view amongst various groups

Primary Responsibilities

• Inspect custom fabricated mechanical parts and electrical assemblies (PCBAs and cables) using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality
• Conduct first article inspections for new items, and in-process and final inspection audits in manufacturing and/or shipping as needed
• Record inspection results by completing reports, summarizing results, and adding data into the quality management system database; Communicate inspection results  and offer continual improvement suggestions
• Confirm that assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements;  Review production travelers to ensure correctness and completeness
• Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications
• Ensure the integrity of the end-item-data-package (EIDP) for all delivered space-flight terminals
• Identify and implement process improvements, (ex: mistake-proofing) to improve overall throughput

Skills, Abilities, and Expectations

• 7+  years of relevant experience in electrical, mechanical, or electro-mech inspection for an electronics manufacturer;  Previous experience with satellites or other flight hardware a plus
• Experience inspecting mechanical, and electrical (PCBAs, cables, etc..) items. 
  Experience inspecting optical parts (lenses, mirrors, prisms) a plus.
• Able to use standard measurement and inspection tools including pin gauges, calipers, visual inspection system, microscope, etc…
• IPC Certification a plus -- J-STD 001, or IPC-610, or IPC-620
• Knowledge of ESD S20.20 and generally accepted good practice for ESD control
• Organized.  Proactive.  Independent.  Careful.  Detail-focused.
• Flexible within a dynamic environment.  Able to multi-task and reprioritize as needed
