Role Overview: As the Director of Quality, you will play a pivotal role in championing the highest performance standards across our institution. You'll be a key member of our senior leadership team, entrusted with the responsibility of steering our quality assurance and improvement systems to new heights. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of self-assessment and continuous enhancement to align with our College's strategic and operational goals.
Responsibilities:
Provide visionary and strategic leadership to uphold and elevate performance standards.
Lead the development and implementation of efficient quality assurance and improvement systems.
Collaborate closely with Senior Management to align quality initiatives with organisational objectives.
Cultivate a culture of self-assessment and continuous improvement among staff and stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality processes, making data-driven recommendations for enhancement.
Foster a collaborative and supportive environment conducive to innovation and excellence.
