NOR: 1960 (11-18) (450+ in Sixth Form)
We are seeking a proactive and positive Compliance and Estates Development Manager to ensure that our two schools are fully Health and Safety compliant, putting in place clear processes, systems and monitoring to ensure a safe and high-quality learning environment. The successful candidate will work with the senior leadership and premises teams to develop a long-term estates plan, maximizing our footprint and planning for resource alignment. They will ensure that all Health and Safety training and policy is up to date, and to ensure that all statutory checks are undertaken to schedule with clear record keeping. The post-holder will ensure compliance and estates best practice at both George Abbot School and Burpham Primary School, maximising economies of scale and efficiencies where possible.
This is a rewarding and varied role that is an essential part of the support service provided our schools. The post-holder must provide an efficient and high quality service, have excellent administrative skills, be competent manipulating data and record keeping, be organized and have a secure understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
