Sanctions and Product Compliance Senior Manager
The Opportunity:
Are you ready to apply your experience to empower creativity, facilitate critical missions, and deliver enduring growth? As a Senior Sanctions and Products Compliance Senior Manager on the International Legal and Compliance team, you know how to anticipate business needs and develop practical solutions with agility and action. We need you to be part of our purpose-driven, forward-thinking team as we advance our clients’ missions.
At Booz Allen, you’ll join a global team of experienced professionals that delivers values-driven change for our clients, colleagues, and communities. We bring bold thinking to complex problems for a diverse base of public- and private-sector clients stretching across a wide swath of industries, in the U.S. and internationally. This role will focus strongly, but not exclusively, on leading our international and cross-border related compliance issues in the sanctions, products trade compliance, and regulatory engagement spaces. The successful candidate for this role will serve as a lead advisor on these subjects to senior leaders who oversee the creation, marketing, and selling of technology products and solutions, working closely with our intellectual property and product counsel teams. This will also involve developing and building-out a strategy for engagement with relevant government agencies to extend and manage our regulatory brand with respect to Cyber, AR/VR, AI/ML, and other cutting-edge technologies we develop. Finally, this role will also provide support to our National Security Sector on trade, sanctions, and product compliance, as our leaders in the national security space seek to bring innovative technologies to solve our clients’ critical mission needs.
On our team, you’ll establish trusted partnerships across the firm and collaborate with fellow members of the Legal, Ethics & Compliance team to support and advance the company while navigating the complex, multifaceted, and often novel compliance risks we face today. Specifically, you will bring strategic leadership and vision to help protect and advance the company and enable sustainable growth in the face of a broad range of legal, contractual, and operational legal and compliance risks. You will also help drive strategic objectives aimed to enable rapid growth. Guided by Booz Allen’s purpose and values, together we’ll anticipate and proactively prepare for the issues we’ll encounter tomorrow. Due to the nature of the work, eligibility for a security clearance will be required.
