About You The Senior Advisor, Educational Quality reports to the Lead, Educational Quality and plays a crucial role in ensuring and enhancing the overall quality of academic programs and administrative processes for higher education learning and teaching in the university. This position requires highly organised and detail-oriented attention for engaging in quality management activities and a deep understanding of university L&T operations. The Senior Advisor collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes, with the goal of promoting continuous improvement and academic excellence throughout the institution.
