In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek for a senior Functional tester to join our Core Banking IT department in charge of the development and maintenance of the International Core Banking System of Credit Agricole CIB. This information system is deployed in 25 business units all around the world. The system has multiple modules to manage reference data, commercial back office functions (payments, remittances, loans, deposits, guarantees, letters of credit …), accounting, management control and credit risk monitoring. Responsibilities

• Perform activities related to the documentation of Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure relevant processes and activities are in compliance with ISO13485,MDD 93/42/EEC,FDA21 CFR820, and other statutory

Job Responsibilities

Internal Reviews

• Visit subsidiary operations and review operational internal controls based on SOP and CSA, reporting inadequacy, lapses or discrepancies and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare reports to consolidate findings and proposed actions plans for implementation.
• Liaise with key personnel in subsidiaries to monitor the progress of improvements implementation, at the same time evaluating its effectiveness.
• Assist in the conduct of fraud investigations where necessary.

Risk & Compliance Activities

• Maintain the Group’s finance SOPs, key among them, the subsidiary accounting handbook and supplementary policies, enhancing and updating them periodically.
• Coordinate the Group’s FOCIT and Control Self-Assessment programs to have a annual snapshot of the Group and subsidiaries state of internal controls.
• Monitor regulatory changes relating to risk and compliance and assist in its compliance.

Internal Audits

• Liaise with internal auditors, supporting them with the necessary for the completion of the scheduled audits in the Group.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or professional equivalent certifications with at least 3 years of relevant experience in an audit firm or commercial setting.
• Familiarity with accounting systems will be advantageous.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin - Will have to liaise to Mandarin speaking counterparts
• Able to work efficiently and effectively

Role purpose

Our Business Intelligence teams work as trusted advisors to leading Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, private market investors and law firms across the region. We help our clients understand and manage a variety of business risks, identifying and evaluating growth drivers, enabling them to succeed in complex environments. Your work as a member of the team will include managing multinational pre-transaction due diligence, partner assessment and compliance due diligence, assisting with client development in GCNA, and identifying sources of reputational and integrity risk.

Senior Consultants are responsible for producing clear, analytical and exceptionally well-written reports that effectively communicate findings to clients. They achieve this by combining information obtained through OSINT research with information obtained from interviews and their own analysis. Role tasks and responsibilities

Project work

• Act as Project Leader for due diligence projects, managing multiple projects at any one time, having close involvement in the development of report findings, analysis and structure and managing all aspects of project administration
• Produce high-quality reports, including incorporating human intelligence into reports, conveying complex information in a confident, persuasive and accessible manner, conducting research and interviews, as well as producing analysis that goes beyond stage 1 analysis to stage 2 (“so what?”) and helps clients to resolve uncertainty and make decisions
• Robust review of junior people’s work to ensure the highest quality standard
• Support client managers by preparing and presenting to clients in a larger investigation as part of the project team
