*Job Summary: Corporate Governance Team Member*
The Corporate Governance team is integral to advancing the organization’s corporate strategy by providing high-quality business management and secretariat services. This role involves overseeing governance activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and driving continuous improvements in governance practices.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Facilitating Strategic Engagements*: Organize and lead strategic dialogues and meetings with senior management and stakeholders, including Senior Management Meetings and NHG Board Meetings, to foster effective communication and decision-making.
- *Thought Leadership*: Provide innovative insights and solutions to enhance governance programs, frameworks, and compliance, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry trends.
- *Industry Awareness*: Stay updated on governance trends and developments within and outside the industry to inform strategic initiatives and improvements.
- *Secretariat Coordination*: Support the communication and advancement of the organization’s corporate strategy by coordinating secretariat activities for key strategic platforms such as Townhalls, Leadership Retreats, and ESG Council workstreams.
- *Governance Development*: Assist in the creation of governance models, systems, and activation plans designed to support the organizational strategy effectively.
- *Resource Management*: Manage resources to maintain an accurate and accessible databank for knowledge sharing and governance-related information.
- *Strategic Collaboration*: Coordinate strategic collaborations and host visits from external stakeholders and partners to strengthen organizational relationships and initiatives.
- *Budget Oversight*: Oversee departmental budgeting and expenditure to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.
- *Incident Response*: Support real-time incident response and civil emergency preparedness efforts to safeguard organizational integrity and resilience.
- *Additional Duties*: Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor to meet the team’s objectives and organizational goals.
