Work with a leading agricultural supplier, is seeking a highly organised and efficient Transport and Production Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our transport logistics and production processes, contributing to the success of our agricultural services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule transportation for product deliveries and supply pickups.
• Maintain accurate records of transport and production activities.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely and effective communication.
• Prepare and process transport and production documentation.
• Support the production team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the transport and production areas.

8 hours paid
40 hours a week

£27,00 Per Annum
Equal to £12.98 p/h basic

Overtime paid at time and a half

My clinet is looking for a site assistant based in south off Lincoln duties will be as follows:

Taking daily readings
General cleaning around site
General maintenance
Gardening duties, use of strimmer and other hand tools
Assisting site operator with daily operations
Assisting site operator with more complex operations, training will be given
Assisting with the routine maintenance schedule
Assisting the maintenance manager with affecting pipework and other infrastructure


all ppe and training will be provided
you MUST have own transport due to location of client


This is a perm role

This role will be 20 hours a week spread over two to four days and then developing into a full time role. The role will generally be from Monday to Friday 9am starts with some cover required at weekends (1 in 4)

Pay will be £12.50 per hour
