You would support a dedicated team who specialise in all matters relating to the Court of Protection, the judicial body responsible for making decisions relating to the management of finances and other affairs of individuals lacking the mental capacity to do so themselves.

The Role
The primary purpose of this QA Administration Assistant role is to ensure File Reviews are completed on behalf of the Court of Protection team. You'll support the Quality Assurance Lead in delivering business improvement projects and monitoring compliance with existing processes to keep risk and negligence to a minimum. Tasks will include…
- Identifying errors and discrepancies in valuation reports
- Analysing and interpret MI data for risks and compliance issues, distribute to the CoP team
- Completing file reviews across multiple criteria on both Deputyship and Professional Trust files
- Alongside the Quality Assurance Lead help define and improve the current financial, operational, and accounting processes to drive better working practices, ensure robust controls, and minimise risk
- Undertake regular reviews of operating processes and systems to ensure high level of service and technical proficiency is maintained within the department
