We have a current opportunity for a Repairs Assistant on a temporary basis for an initial period of 1 -2 months. The position will be based in Cumnock.
The main duties of the role are:
- Compliance works administration - Gas Servicing, Asbestos Condition Surveys, Electrical Safety Inspections etc.
- Planned works administration - Tenant Satisfaction, Contract Evaluation
- Assistance to the wider team in peaks of workload for items such as repair administration.
- You will work with an Asset Officer to deliver all areas
Blended working would be available only when appropriate training is given, and confidence is shown. The maximum option would be 3 days in office with 2 days at home dependant on business needs.
Experience within the above is essential as is excellent administration skills.
The role will be to start ASAP.
