In this role, you will:

• Job shadow / On-job training with the team to understand cable manufacturing and testing process
• Be involved in QC tests (Incoming Quality Control, In-Process Quality Control, Final Quality Control/Out-going Quality Control)
• Prepare technical reports based on customer’s required specification
• Develop and implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs
• Be closely involved in one or two projects relating to QC team’s productivity or digitalization efforts

Job requirements:

• Strong attentiveness to details as QC data requires accuracy
• Takes initiative in leading a task and will proactively check in when in doubt
• Basic knowledge in quality assurance or systems and/ or process optimization is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Comfortable in working with data

1. Review and refining existing process flow, and process failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA)
2. Optimizing existing standard operating procedure for quality inspection, cycle time for inspection activities & calibration schedule program.
3. Data trending of quality complains & defect, NC & CAPA through use of SPC.
4. Ad-hoc activities for LHR review and documentation.
